The owners of this newly built home wanted it to be a claming oasis, a place of serenity defined by traditional and Asian design principals. Simultaneously informal and formal with an open floor plan and clean lines create a simple modern feel. Beech cabinets, mahogony floors, ans flowing light from cielings and walls add elegance and warmth. Colored concrete floors at the lower level add a simple twist and offer durability. The lower level spaces flow outside to a flagstone patio that overlooks a serene pond and waterfall whos soothing sound is perfect accompanyment to the design feelings throughout.
