The owners wanted to transform their existing uninspiring lower level into an entertainment center. The lower level design was created to maximize the exterior views, create a theater atmosphere and provide functional egress to the many outdoor activities. Large slate offset squares were chosen for color, warmth and durability. The existing stair wall was removed to allow a more open feeling while adding design excitement with a stainless metal railing.
